Limited Lifetime Warranty

Thank you for choosing pnümix. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our product and offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to ensure your satisfaction.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials
  • Defects in manufacturing
  • Functionality issues arising from manufacturing defects

What Is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or abuse of the product
  • Modifications or alterations to the product

Proof of Purchase

To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required. Please retain your receipt or any other documentation as proof of purchase.

Eligibility Timeline

Products must be registered on pnümix.com or on the pnümix App within 60 days of purchase to qualify for our Warranty Program.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form on our website. Once your claim is submitted, our customer service team will review it and get back to you with the next steps.

Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we will replace the defective product. Please note that we do not offer repairs; the unit will be replaced only.

Shipping Costs

If we require the defective unit to be returned, pnümix will cover the shipping costs. Details on how to return the product will be provided by our customer service team upon approval of your claim.

Geographic Limitation

This warranty is restricted to the United States. We are unable to process warranty claims for products purchased or used outside of the United States.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty will be voided if:

  • The head unit is disassembled
  • The head unit is placed in a dishwasher
  • There is intentional damage done to the product
